Natchitoches, LA observed a strong arctic cold front during February 1, 2011 |
A very strong Arctic cold front occurred at Natchitoches, LA during February 1, 2011. The cold front was preceded by a squall line of thunderstorms. This squall line contained frequent lightning strikes. Then very chilly to cold air moved in after the squall line passage. Temperatures fell as follows:
