A  beautiful Halloween evening was recorded for the City this Halloween 2011.  The morning saw dense shallow fog which lifted by 8:15 a.m.  The day was cloudless and sunny.  No rainfall was recorded making for a spooktacular Halloween Night. 
Great evening weather for the Trick-or-Treaters continued after 8 pm.
