October 4, 2013 ---- It was an overcast, foggy morning at Natchitoches.  There were also periods of rain showers observed today and this evening.  The rain this morning moved northward, while the 6pm-7pm rain shower moved in a more north-northwest direction.  The afternoon sky  was partly cloudy for the most part.  The wind prevailed today out of the south and southeast direction.  At 8 PM CDT, the sky was partly cloudy and the temperature was 77.0 degrees.  Here's the official NWS numbers for Natchitoches, La. in their report:
