October 6, 2013 --- The early morning (12:01 AM CDT) had rain & thunderstorms observed with the rain ending. It was cloudy at 8:00 AM CDT. The morning sky was overcast. The afternoon sky was cloudy to mostly cloudy until 3:25 PM CDT  when the sky became partly cloudy to clear clearing line moving from WNW to ESE.  The afternoon sky was clear after 4:00 PM CDT today.  A N, NW wind prevailed today in the wake of a previous day's strong cold front passage.  The evening sky was clear.
