December 24, 2013 ---- The sky was clear above for the early morning hours until 9:00 AM CST.  Clouds were observed to the S & ESE sky during the 7 a.m. CST hour.  A heavy ground frost occurred this morning.   Increasing cloudiness continued during the 9 a.m. CST for the sky to be partly cloudy at 9:18 a.m. CST.  At 11 a.m. CST, the temperature was 40.9 degrees, sky was partly sunny,  wind was from the SE (140 degrees) at 5 MPH (4 KT) and barometeric pressure (altimeter) at 30.42 in. Hg (1030 hPa). At 12:00 PM CST, the sky was partly cloudy and the temperature was 44.3 degrees.  At 3:00 PM CST, the sky was partly cloudy and the temperature was 50.0 degrees.
