(February 17, 2013)   Natchitoches, La. ---  A clear morning sky with a frost observed.  The low temperature fell to 32° or the freezing point. Skies were clear most of the day until the 4:00 p.m. CST hour when clouds began to roll in from the south to be a partly cloudy evening.  No rainfall was recorded.  The high temperature reached 68°.
