June 10, 2013 ---- The morning sky was clear. Winds were light to near calm. The morning low was 65.4 degrees today. At 8:00 AM CDT, the temperature was 71.9 degrees, clear sky, barometer 29.99" and the wind was calm. Skies became partly cloudy during the 10:00 AM CDT hour and remained partly cloudy during the afternoon and evening hours. The sky was partly cloudy at 9 PM CDT and a calm wind prevailed. Winds were light (3-4 MPH) or calm during the 8-11 PM CDT hours. High pressure was beginning to build in from the western states of New Mexico and Nevada. Strong high pressure aloft prevailed in those areas and was drifting towards the State of Louisiana. No rainfall was recorded today.
