May 30, 2013 ---  The morning sky was cloudy to mostly cloudy at times.  The official NWS low temperaure for Natchitoches today was 71.1 degrees.   Yesterday's official NWS high was 84.6 degrees at Natchitoches.  At 8:00 AM CDT today, the temperature was 75.3 degrees, mostly cloudy sky, wind was  S  at 10 mph and barometer at 29.92".  The morning wind prevailed from the south or southeast gusting to as high as 25 mph.  At 10:00 AM CDT, the temperature was 80.1 degrees, sky was mostly cloudy, wind was from the SSE (160 degrees) at 13 MPH (11 KT) gusting to 21 MPH (18 KT) and barometeric pressure (altimeter) at 29.94 in. Hg (1013 hPa).  At 11:00 AM CDT, the sky was mostly cloudy, 81.3 degrees, wind was from the SSE (150 degrees) at 14 MPH (12 KT) gusting to 21 MPH (18 KT) and barometeric pressure at 29.94 in. Hg (1013 hPa).  Periods of rain showers developed during the afternoon and tracked or moved northward.  The rainfall total was below a tenth of inch for today.  The evening sky after 6:00 PM CDT was partly sunny.   At 8:00 PM CDT, the sky was clear, temperature at 80.6 degrees ,  wind was from the S (170 degrees) at 9 MPH (8 KT) and barometeric pressure (altimeter) at 29.86 in.
