Natchitoches Weather Summary For March 22, 2013
Cloudy morning Friday.. Rain showers during the evening hours..
(Mar. 22, 2013) ---- An overcast sky prevailed during the morning hours. It was a cloudy to mostly cloudy day. The wind was from the S/SW during the late afternoon. A wind shift occurred during the 6:00 PM CDT hour with the wind blowing from the E, NE direction and a cooling temperature commenced at that time for temperatures to drop to the mid 60s. Rain showers developed during the 7:00 PM hour, especially at 7:04 PM CDT and a heavier shower occurring at 7:59 PM CDT, which tracked north. A warm front was located this evening (7:00 PM CDT) just south of the City of Natchitoches, La. Today's official NWS high temperature for Natchitoches is 77.6° ot 78°.
