March 3, 2013 --- Clear morning sky observed. The wind veered to the SE during the morning. The NWS low temperature for the City this morning was 28.2° with a heavy ground frost observed. The dew point temp. was near 25° during the 7 a.m. hour. Yesterday's high was 47.5° and at 8 a.m. CST on Mar. 3, the temperature was 34.5° with the barometeric pressure at 30.29".
March 2, 2013 --- A clear to mostly clear sky with only a few passing clouds. A gusty 25-30 mph NW wind prevailed for the day decreasing by evening to be near calm by late evening hours.
