July 18, 2013 -- Skies were partly sunny today after a cloudy morning start.  The evening was cloudy due to a thunderstorm complex over NE & North Louisiana.  It was a humid day.   The evening saw temperatures fall to the mid 70s (75 degrees at 8:30 PM CDT) due to outflow wind boundaries from vicinity thunderstorms over Lincoln, Winn and Jackson Parishes.
