July 31, 2013 ---- The morning sky was partly cloudy to mostly cloudy.  It was high clouds that moved SE during the morning.  It was mostly cloudy during the 10:00 AM CDT hour.  Winds were SW.  The afernoon sky after 12 PM CDT was clear.  Winds were S and/or SW during the afternoon.  The evening sky was clear until the 8 PM CDT hour, with high clouds streaming in from the NW sky moving SE.  The wind was calm after 7:30 PM CDT.  No rainfall was observed today.
