September 16, 2013 ---The morning sky was partly cloudy to mostly cloudy at times.  There was considerable high cloudiness this morning.  A light to calm wind prevail early this morning through 9:00 AM CDT.  At 11:14 AM CDT, the temperature was 84.3 degrees and the sky was partly cloudy.  The low temperature this morning was warm than yesterday...falling to 67.0 degrees as the official National Weather Service low temperature at Natchitoches, La. today.  The sky was partly cloudy during the 1 pm-2 pm hours, with cloudiness increasing especially during 3 pm - 6 pm hours with the sky being mostly cloudy.  At 5:00 PM CDT, the sky was mostly cloudy, temperature at 90.5 degrees   and wind was NE at 2 MPH.  At 5:13 PM CDT, a rain shower developed and tracked westward.  The rain total from this shower was officially 0.16 inches.  The rainfall lasted about 15 minutes ending about 5:34 PM CDT.
