Thursday, April 25, 2013 ---  A mostly cloudy to partly cloudy morning prevailed today, along with cool temperatures. An E or NE wind prevailed this morning.  At 8:00 AM CDT, the sky was partly sunny, temperature was 49°F, wind was E 12 G 16 m.p.h. and barometer 30.33".  Yesterday's official National Weather Service high for Natchitoches, La. was 62.7°F.  This morning's low temperature was 45.1°F.  At 10:00 AM CDT, the sky was mostly overcast and the temperature was 55.1°F, Wind wasfrom the E (080 degrees) at 13 MPH (11 KT) gusting to 17 MPH (15 KT) and the barometeric pressure (altimeter): 30.37 in. Hg (1028 hPa).  A partly cloudy to mostly clear sky was observed during the afternoon.  Skies were mostly clear to partly cloudy during the evening to view the moon.  The wind prevailed from the east during the evening.  At 6:00 PM CDT, the temperature was 69°F, the wind was E at 9 mph and barometer was  30.26".  At 10:00 PM CDT, skies were partly cloudy moon lit, temperature 60°F, barometer was 30.27" and the wind was east at 5 mph.  Today's afternoon official National Weather Service temperature for Natchitoches, La. reached 67.8°F, which is below normal for this time of year.
