April 9, 2013 ---  A mostly cloudy to partly cloudy morning prevailed.   During 7:00 AM CDT the sky was mostly cloudy with some sunshine.  The wind prevailed to blow from the south during the morning hours.  At 8:00 AM today, the temperature was 68.7°F, the barometeric pressure (altimeter): 29.89 in. Hg (1012 hPa) and the wind from the S (170 degrees) at 12 MPH (10 KT).  The official NWS high temperature for Natchitoches, Louisiana during the past 24-hr. period ending at 8 AM today was 79.2°F.  The low temperature this morning was recorded as 63.7°F.  At 12:27 PM CDT,
